Don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to, I was so nervous choosing the right company for my new windows, as bought an old house that needed completely renovating. From Sams first appointment, he was friendly knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest (one of my major concerns). I received a quote a few hours after his visit and I decided to go ahead. I received updates every step of the way and I am so happy with the end result, they've made such a big difference to the look and feel of my house. The installers, Jack and Luke were a pleasure to have installing and I really want to say a huge thank you for Sam, Jack and Luke for a wonderful and stress free job.

Very competitively priced with excellent customer service . The result was 5 star windows. Fitted in a day by great professionals . They cleaned up and you wouldn’t have known they were there . Fuss free . Sam looked after our job from start to finish and he was easy to communicate with and always turned up at the time agreed . Would definitely recommend . Thank you Sussex Windows

Great experience with Sussex Window Works. The team were professional, approachable and got straight on with the job. The installation was carried out carefully and the attention to detail really shows in the finished result. The new windows look fantastic and have made a big difference to the house. Really impressed with the overall service and would happily recommend them.

Jack and Sam did a great job installing our new windows. They were really friendly, worked efficiently and the whole installation went smoothly from start to finish. The quality of the work is excellent and they clearly take pride in what they do. Very pleased with the end result. Everything was left clean and tidy and the windows look fantastic. Very pleased with the outcome for our living room back door and window. We previously had a wooden frame with two French doors that neither looked that great or shut properly. Sussex Windows visited and gave us a number of options, settilng on one large aluminium door (with window above) in anthracite grey that looks great, brings in way more light and also is now fully secure. Very happy.

Excellent service from Sam and his team. The work was carried out with efficiency, care and detail. Five new windows and a front door delivered as ordered at a good price and fitted in 1.5 days. I would heartily recommend this team for their hard work in leaving the venue clean and looking great.

Very impressive service

I was so impressed with the service I received! Sam and his colleague were incredibly helpful, fast, and friendly from start to finish. They responded very quickly to fix my back door window, and their work was super efficient. The door now closes like a dream. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish

Our old property always throws up some unexpected issues but nothing phased Sam and his team. Communication throughout the project was great. The price quoted was the price we paid and the finished product was exactly what we’d hoped for. Can’t recommend highly enough. Rhys

Purchased the product

Purchased the product through Lowe's and will not recommend going through them. I do love the product and had some initial issues with defects but I will say the repair technician has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Any company that can fix its mistakes in such a manner deserves to have repeat customers; I will be one.
