After a difficult previous experience instructing on a front porch with fitters which resulted in abandoning the project we were naturally hesitant engaging with alternative companies. We need not have been. The guys at Sussex Windows Works have produced a stunning result. They kept us informed at every stage of the order and were always friendly, approachable and highly professional. The final result was superb. Absolutely delighted. Strongly recommend for an outstanding result.

Don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to, I was so nervous choosing the right company for my new windows, as bought an old house that needed completely renovating. From Sams first appointment, he was friendly knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest (one of my major concerns). I received a quote a few hours after his visit and I decided to go ahead. I received updates every step of the way and I am so happy with the end result, they've made such a big difference to the look and feel of my house. The installers, Jack and Luke were a pleasure to have installing and I really want to say a huge thank you for Sam, Jack and Luke for a wonderful and stress free job.

Very competitively priced with excellent customer service . The result was 5 star windows. Fitted in a day by great professionals . They cleaned up and you wouldn’t have known they were there . Very pleased with the outcome for our living room back door and window. We previously had a wooden frame with two French doors that neither looked that great or shut properly. Sussex Windows visited and gave us a number of options, settilng on one large aluminium door (with window above) in anthracite grey that looks great, brings in way more light and also is now fully secure. Very happy.
