Brilliant service, fitted 4 windows which were in desperate need for a revamp and tbh I regret not getting it done sooner as very impressed with the job. We opted to use Sussex Window Works for new aluminium bi fold doors having contacted several other suppliers in our area who were either extortionately expensive, slow to return our calls or just disinterested.Sussex Window Works were the opposite. They responded really quickly to our initial enquiry, came round the next day to measure up, provided a competitive quote and booked an installation date for just a couple of weeks after quoting. They provided alternatives to the bi-fold and gave us great options for the space.On installation day the guys turned up promptly, were friendly and cheerful and did an amazing job, leaving no trace of the work behind. They even saw off a few dodgy geezers trying to collect the old door frames from our driveway.I heartily recommend them and can confirm this is a review left entirely of my own free will and without any connection to the business in question.
I’m really happy with my experience with the guys at Sussex Window Works. The whole process was straightforward and made better by friendly and helpful guys. The standard of finish is excellent and I felt the pricing really fair. The new windows have really lifted the feel of my flat. Would 100% recommend.
I am absolutelty thilled with my new windows and doors. I went with Sussex Windows because they were recommended by a friend, and their quote came in considerably lower than the other companies I spoke to. They gave really good advice on design, materials etc and the communication and lead times were excellent. The two guys who installed them were really respectful, friendly and professional and did not leave me with any mess to clear up, or holes to fill. The atmosphere and warmth in my house has improved dramatically since the installation, and I am already speaking to them about doing further work in my other rooms. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

We had 5 windows replaced by Sussex Window Works. Delivered and installed on time. Absolutely no problems at all, and very happy with the work. Plus the bonus that the final cost was less than it would have been had we gone with a couple of other local firms. 5 star service.

Sam did a great job replacing all seven of our windows. His company provided a very competitive quote straight off the bat...unlike other national firms which start off high then drop their prices if you don't accept right away. If you're shopping around for new windows, make sure you get a quote from Sussex Window Works. Also, did I mention that Sam is just a very nice guy?
Sam popped over to check out a slide and pivot door issue (not their product).He was friendly and helpful.It was a straight forward fix/adjustment that Sam sorted there and then.He saved us a lot of money (from a service visit from the original door supplier) and was really helpful.It's just really nice to know there are regular folk out there that will help you out.We would definitely go to Sussex Window Works for any future jobs.
Sam from Sussex Window Works carried out two pieces of work for us, replacing a PVC conservatory roof and fitting deep flow guttering to the side of our property. I found Sam an exceptional individual and a very skilled builder. His solution to the issues here was intuitive, the pricing reasonable, and his execution of the job outstanding. When faced with a much bigger issue with our roof (rotten fascias and battens, roof support), he simply said "no problem", bought the required materials, and got cracking. The job was still completed in the envisaged timescale to a real quality, even given the adversity of the weather (storm Ciaran etc.). I cannot recommend Sam enough, hard working, talented and very personable. Would certainly employ again, job well done.

First-class service from the Success Window Works Company. From the initial contact and quote, no pressure, and explained everything I enquired about. The quality of the windows and doors is great, right to the fitting. The team thanks Jim, Steph, and Harry all very professionally. All were completed within a couple of days arriving early as promised. The attention to detail from the team was absolutely amazing. The disruption was kept to a minimum, you would hardly know as it all cleaned up along the way. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Easy hassle free process from start to finish. Picked my door, a nice guy came out and measured up, fitted it within weeks and the guys who fitted the door were very polite and friendly and even apologized for the slight mess left which is completely expected and easy to hoover up! 🙂 Short while later Jim rang and took payment over the telephone. Very happy I went with this company! I also think the price paid is great value as I was quoted more from other companies.
Very professional from start to finish from Iain the sales rep to Steve and 2 Jim the installation team. 10 windows and 3 doors at a very good price were installed in 2 days. Small issue with one window but resolved very quickly by Colin the factory technician.

Recently had a new front door installed...quick and effortless from measuring to fitting and all done at a time to suit us. We then ordered French doors to be fitted a couple of weeks later as the team were so good. Have already recommended to family

Very impressive service
I was so impressed with the service I received! Sam and his colleague were incredibly helpful, fast, and friendly from start to finish. Our old property always throws up some unexpected issues but nothing phased Sam and his team. Communication throughout the project was great. The price quoted was the price we paid and the finished product was exactly what we’d hoped for. Can’t recommend highly enough. Rhys

Purchased the product through Lowe's and will not recommend going through them. I do love the product and had some initial issues with defects but I will say the repair technician has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Any company that can fix its mistakes in such a manner deserves to have repeat customers; I will be one.
